Programme summary
The provision of workplace life coaching by a life coach external and totally separate to the company or organisation has the benefit of being able to cover any eventuality in an objective, impartial and non-judgemental manner. It can be enormously beneficial in the following circumstances:

Managers faced with new challenges or projects in particular those new to management through promotion or transfered to new departments

Anyone undergoing a period of training or working towards a qualification

Newly appointed staff in particular those who may have relocated from a different area

Any member of staff facing challenges outside of work that have the potential to impact upon performance at work e.g. relationship problems, ill-health, work life balance issues, stress

Employees returning to work after a long period of absence

Key members of staff who may be struggling to reach their full potential, or lack confidence and self-esteem.
How does it operate?
The one-to-one coaching service is avialable either on an ad-hoc basis or on a retainer basis.
The retainer service is based upon an allocated "bank" of hours available to the company or organisation over a period of 12 months.
It has the benefit of great flexibility as well as being responsive to need.
Contact hours are split into two categories, face to face coaching onsite, and telephone/online coaching, typically employees will receive a combination of both.
The bank of hours can be increased at any time to accommodate more clients as circumstances dictate.
This service can be tailored accordingly to suit personal and/or business objectives.
