  Pick Six - Coaching for key workers - progamme code StB2   

Programme summary

"Pick Six" is the ideal way to spread the benefits of coaching across a small/medium sized company or in larger organisations to utilise or even trial coaching in a particular department. 

Following consultation with the appropriate senior staff (which is included in the programme fees) six key staff are identified for six face to face coaching sessions over a twelve week period, in addition to which they can also access telephone or online coaching.
