As a Trainer and Training Consultant I have an enormous breadth and depth of experience gained across the Private, Public and Charity Sectors.

My experience covers all aspects of the training cycle but my expertise lies in the design and delivery of training to sponsor defined criteria, in essence designing and delivering what my clients brief specifies but at the same time providing valuable input where requested or appropriate.

In addition to these courses I have set up several assessment centres and have over 15 years experience in designing work based training programmes accredited by nationally recognised awarding bodies such as City and Guilds, Edexcel/BTEC, OCN, and others.  I also trained as a Training Inspector with the Training Standards Council (now the Adult Learning Inspectorate/OFSTED).

My training courses and programmes are always engaging, challenging yet at the same time supportive with have the aim of moving people forward, to empower with belief and confidence by combining sound and effective training techniques with equally effective coaching tools.

I have worked with a very wide variety of client groups and in some very challenging environments but whoever the client or beneficiary my satisfaction is derived from other people's progress and success.

As a freelance I can be flexible in my delivery days and times and I'm happy to travel throughout the UK and Europe.
