Coaching in sport is often very precise, detailed and focused on the skills and knowledge required to achieve optimum performance.  One to one career and personal coaching is very similar as in partnership we strive to help you achieve your full potential, but it's also very different.  

As coach and client we're not just working with the personal goals the individual wants to identify and achieve, we also need to take account of their current circumstances, the people that mean the most to them who might be affected by their decisions and what they
need to do to achieve much broader goals in life - what we work with is the big picture that is their future.
