The Well-being at Work programme
The Well-being at Work Programme provides a flexible, informative and effective way to train and educate employees in a wide variety of well-being at work topics.
We can provide one day stress management training seminars, or short two-hour standalone sessions on a range of different well-being at work topics that can also be provided as an integral part part of the Coaching Bank service.
